Of Interest

Stacey has long championed organizations that advance women. She served as president of Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business, was a full-time employee at 85 Broads (now Ellevate Network), and founded one of the earliest women’s health start-ups. Now a mom of two young kids, Stacey understands the importance of women lending their wisdom to other women and supporting one another. Her favorite “women’s group” is the WhatsApp chat through which she communicates daily with her accomplished and hilarious Harvard blockmates.

More about Stacey

Stacey was admitted to HBS’s inaugural 2+2 program and was one of the youngest members of her MBA class. While pursuing her degree, she developed the idea for a women’s health start-up and raised the funds to pursue it full-time, leveraging HBS’s entrepreneurial resources to do so. Post MBA, Stacey immersed herself in the Silicon Valley start-up community, where she learned firsthand the ins and outs of being a business founder and operator, including raising money, hiring a team, identifying product market fit, and determining and executing an exit strategy.

Stacey loves supporting people as they aspire to reach their academic and professional goals, both as a former alumna interviewer of applicants to Harvard College and now as an MBA admissions coach. She chose to join Gatehouse Admissions because she thrives on a small and deeply committed team. Stacey especially enjoys advising individuals who are interested in taking the leap to start a company, particularly ones related to social missions.

  In Stacey’s Words

During a small group activity in an HBS leadership course, we were tasked with identifying our teammates’ greatest strengths; I was told mine was “helping others recognize what’s amazing about them.” I use this strength to ensure not only that you recognize your unique strengths and qualities, but that the admissions committees do, too! Attending a top-tier MBA program is a transformational experience, both professionally and personally. I want all my clients to have this incredible opportunity, and I take seriously the responsibility of being your coach and helping you rise to the top.
